Nano Organic Montmorillonite(OMMT)

Nano organic montmorillonite(OMMT), is formed by active intercalation and special organic compound. The OMMT content is greater than 95%. With good dispersion performance, it can be widely used in the polymer material industry as an additive for nano polymer polymer materials to improve impact resistance, dimensional stability and gas barrier performance. Therefore, it plays a role in enhancing the comprehensive physical properties of polymers and improving the processing properties of materials. The application in polymer can be added at the time of polymer or blended at the time of melting.

Nano OMMT is mainly used as polymer material, montmorillonite masterbatch, nano resin, high temperature resistant adhesive, thermosetting plastic, epoxy resin, nano silicone rubber, nano nylon, soft and hard foamed plastic, cable material and process plastic performance improvement additive. It has the properties of toughening, strengthening and flame retardancy, improving impact resistance, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability and gas barrier performance.
