I. Product Introduction
Expanded Graphite (EG), as a new type of functional carbon material, is a loose and porous worm-like material obtained from natural graphite scales by insertion, washing, drying and high temperature expansion.
Flame retardant expandable graphite is compounded into plastics or plates, when encountering open fire or high temperature, the flame retardant graphite layer can expand rapidly to form a heat-insulating carbon layer, effectively blocking the ignition body (protective body) and heat source, blocking air circulation, blocking smoke and flame spread, preventing and delaying combustion, and improving the heat resistance or smoke resistance time limit. Flame retardant graphite itself will not burn, will not produce smoke or toxic gases. No dripping, no secondary ignition. It can be used in combination with other flame retardant materials to have synergistic enhancement effect.

1. High temperature resistance: Expanded graphite powder can remain stable at temperatures up to 900℃.
2. High expansion: Under specific conditions, expanded graphite powder can expand to 100 times~400 times of the original volume.
3. High purity: the carbon content is up to 98.02%, which ensures the purity and performance of the product.
4. Low moisture and sulfur content: low moisture content and sulfur content is controlled at 3856 ppm, which helps to improve the chemical stability of the product.
5. Special form: after crushing treatment, expanded graphite powder is not worm-like.
IV. Application
It can be applied to high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, etc. In addition, expanded graphite, also known as worm graphite, the worms engage with each other to form expanded graphite sheet strips, which have good compression, resilience and low stress relaxation rate.
V. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 25kg/bag.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
3. Transported as non-dangerous chemical goods.
