YSSB-T Antimony Composite Powder
I. Introduction
YSSB-T series is a new type of flame retardant compounded with environmentally friendly antimony trioxide after activation treatment. The white powder can be used to completely replace Sb2O3, unlike zinc borate, hydroaluminate or other synergists.
YSSB-T series has excellent flame retardant effect when used in PVC, and ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, PET, PBT, PA, to completely replaces antimony trioxide.

III. Product Feature
1. YSSB-T series exhibit excellent thermal stability, maintaining its color and enhancing its coloring power.
2. It has the ability to completely substitute antimony trioxide.
3. The product's high whiteness allows for a reduction in the amount of titanium dioxide needed, resulting in lower production costs for white products.
4. With its exceptional whiteness and resistance to high temperatures (TGA 1% weight loss temperature exceeding 600℃), this product is particularly suitable for ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, PET, PBT, PA, PVC, and other materials.
5. By replacing antimony trioxide, products made with this material demonstrate comparable tensile strength and bending strength. Additionally, it acts as an effective flame retardant synergist, suppressing smoke and preventing dripping in flame retardant materials.
IV. Application
YSSB-T series can completely replace antimony trioxide in the halogenated flame retardant system of ABS, PBT, PET, PA, PS, PP, PE, PVC and so on.
V. YSSB-T4/YSSB-T6/YSSB-T6B difference:
1. The whiteness levels of YSSB-T4 and YSSB-T6B are capable of exceeding 95% of the whiteness of antimony trioxide, while YSSB-T6 can achieve up to 85% whiteness.
2. To attain UL94-V0 (2.0mm), only 4% addition is required for YSSB-T4, while YSSB-T6B and YSSB-T6 necessitate only 6% addition.
3. YSSB-T6 is priced lower than YSSB-T6B, which in turn is priced lower than YSSB-T4. However, all three are significantly more affordable than antimony trioxide.
V. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Transparent bag with inner poly bag, 25kg/bag.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
3. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
