YS-22T is a specially treated high-temperature organic phosphonate halogen-free flame retardant, white powder, with excellent heat stability, small amount of additives, excellent mechanical properties, color and luster, low combustion smoke density, CTI (compared to the leakage trace index) value and other advantages.
YS-22T can be added alone or used in combination with other halogen-free flame retardants (MPP, MCA, etc.) to obtain higher synergistic halogen-free flame retardant effect and better electrical, mechanical and heat-resistant properties.
As a non-halogenated organophosphorus flame retardant, YS-22T complies with the RoHS directive on the restriction and prohibition of the use of hazardous substances. YS-22T has a specially designed particle size distribution, which is especially suitable for the flame retardant modification of high temperature nylon, nylon and PBT.
The values listed in the following table are typical values measured by test specification and are for reference only.
III. Product Feature
1. YS-22T is stored in a 15kg paper bag lined with polyethylene.
2. Temperature during storage and transportation should not exceed 80°C.
3. The product should be stored in a dry place at room temperature.
4. When stored under the above conditions, the minimum shelf life is 24 months from the date of shipment.
V. Application
It is suitable for high-temperature nylon and nylon with high glass-fiber content, etc., which are subject to high temperature or high shear during processing, and can also be applied to conventional glass-fiber-reinforced nylon systems (PA6, PA66, PPA, etc.), various kinds of polyester (PBT, PET, PTT), modified polyester, polyester elastomer and polyester alloy (Polyester-rich compounding system), etc.
