Organic Phosphorus Powder YS-22E
I. Product Introduction
YS-22E is a halogen-free and environmentally friendly organophosphonate flame retardant, designed for high temperature resistant materials such as nylon, PBT, PA, PET, etc.. It has excellent thermal stability and low smoke density, phosphorus content of 22-24%, particle size of 30-50μm, 1% heat loss of 350°C.
It is suitable for halogen-free flame retardant of many plastics, and the recommended additive amount is 10%-18% to achieve UL94 V-0 grade flame retardant effect.

IV. Application
Suitable for halogen-free flame retardant of high temperature resistant nylon, PA6, PA66, PBT, PET, PPE, TPU and other materials.
V. Use Method
1. Mixed with resin, reinforcing material and other modifying additives and then extruded and pelletized by extruder, and the proportion of adding between 10% and 18% can reach V-0 grade (UL94, 0.2~3.2mm).
2. Can be used alone or in combination with nitrogen-based flame retardants such as MPP and MCA.
3. Has high packing density, which can effectively solve the problem of difficult feeding and mixing of PBT, PA, PET and other resins during processing.
VI. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 25kg/bag.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
3. Transported as non-dangerous chemical goods.
