YS-202 Heat-resistant Crystalline Type II APP
I. Product Introduction
YS-202 is a crystalline type II ammonium polyphosphate prepared by YINSU Flame Retardant Company with exclusive technology, the degree of polymerization is more than 1000, the particle size is small and uniformly distributed, it is insoluble in water, white powder, with low hygroscopicity. Usually, in order to play a better flame retardant effect, it can be used together with carbon source and gas source. When burned, it forms an expanded flame retardant carbon layer, which mainly plays the role of solidified phase flame retardant. Compared with YS-201, this product has higher temperature resistance and higher whiteness.

III. Product Features
1. Halogen-free and environmentally friendly flame retardant.
2. Low water solubility, very low viscosity of aqueous solution, low acid value.
3. Especially suitable for use as an acid source in intumescent flame retardant fireproof coating.
4. Used in textile coating flame retardant, can easily make the flame retardant fabrics to achieve the effect of self-extinguishing from fire.
5. Used in plywood, fiberboard and other flame retardant, small amount of addition, excellent flame retardant effect.
6. Used in thermoplastic flame retardant, especially for polypropylene, because of its good thermal stability, high initial decomposition temperature and migration resistance.
Because of its good thermal stability, high initial decomposition temperature and migration resistance, it has excellent flame retardant effect when used with charcoal forming agent.
7. Used in thermosetting resin flame retardant, such as epoxy and unsaturated polyester, can be used as an important flame retardant component.
8. Biodegradable into phosphorus and nitrogen compounds.
9. Compared with YS-201, this product has less heterochromatic spots, higher whiteness and better heat resistance.
IV. Application
This product can be used in fireproof coating, rubber and plastic products (PP, PE, PVC), textiles, epoxy resin, wood, polyurethane hard foam and other fields, especially recommended for rubber and plastic products industry and other industries that require higher temperature resistance.
YS-202 is a crystalline ammonium polyphosphate without surface treatment or modification, if you have special requirements, you can choose the corresponding modified ammonium polyphosphate.
