YS-201G Superhydrophobic General Crystalline Type II APP
I. Product Introduction
YS-201G is a modified general crystalline Type II polyphosphoric acid ammonium product developed by YINSU Company according to market demand. It has a non-polar and superhydrophobic surface. In addition to having the characteristics of high phosphorus and nitrogen content, high polymerization degree, and high decomposition temperature of YS-201, it also has excellent fluidity, hydrophobicity, and low hygroscopicity. In terms of flame retardant mechanism, YS-201G mainly plays a role in solid-phase flame retardancy, and compared with YS-201, its promotion of char formation is enhanced.

III. Product Features
1. Halogens-free and environmentally friendly flame retardant.
2. Superhydrophobicity, with a non-polar surface and a surface activation index of over 99%.
3. Good thermal stability and better migration resistance.
4. Excellent fluidity, suitable for occasions with high fluidity requirements (dry powder fire extinguishing agents).
5. Higher char yield compared to YS-201.
6. When used for fireproof coatings, it has a low oil absorption value and good flame retardant effect.
7. When used for rubber and other products, it has better compatibility, no membrane sticking, no blistering, and no color change.
8. Basically completely biodegradable into phosphorus, nitrogen, and other compounds.
IV. Application
This product can be used in fireproof coatings, rubber and plastic products (natural rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, etc.), textile coatings, dry powder fire extinguishing agents, and other fields. It is especially recommended for use in the rubber and fireproof coatings industry.
VI. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 25kg/bag.
24-25MT/20’FCL without pallets, 20-24MT/20’FCL with pallets.
2. Storage in cool dry place. keeping out of moisture and sunshine.
3. Transported as non-dangerous chemical goods. Shelf life one year.
