I. Introduction
BILLIONS® BLR-886 pigment is a bright white rutile titanium dioxide produced by the chlorination process and used primarily in the manufacture of plastics. It has a high coloring power and has a low effect on the melt flow index.

BILLIONS® BLR-886 pigment can also be used to provide excellent tensile strength in high temperature extrusion coatings and in cast films.
