PUP-15 Polyurethane Flame Retardant Powder
I. Product Introduction
PUP-15 is a new type of environmentally friendly high efficient halogen free flame retardant powder, designed for PU and other materials. It is supplied in powder form with excellent flame retardant properties, good compatibility, no precipitation and high surface gloss. It’s can also be used with polyol directly. As a halogen free formulation, it provides high flame retardant efficiency while meeting environmental and sustainability requirements.

III. Product Features
1. Highly efficient flame retardant: PUP-15 can effectively increase the oxygen index (LOI) of the material, enhance the flame retardant properties and prevent the spread of flame.
2. Halogen-free and environmentally friendly: It does not contain halogen components, which is in line with international environmental standards and reduces toxic gases and smoke produced during combustion.
3. Excellent compatibility: good compatibility and dispersion with polyurethane materials, does not affect the basic physical properties of the material.
4. Wide applicability: it is suitable for many kinds of polyurethane products such as PU leather, PU fiber, etc., adapting to different processing conditions.
5. Easy to process: flexible adding ratio, generally recommended adding amount is 10%-20%, specific can be adjusted according to the actual demand.
IV. Package Storage and Transportation
1. Vacuum bags with PE in liner, 25kg/bag.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
3. Storage in cool dry place.

1. PU leather: suitable for high-quality PU leather products in the fields of automobile interiors, furniture, shoe materials, etc.
2. PU fiber: high performance PU fiber material suitable for clothing, home textile, medical supplies and other fields.
