PPV2-8H PP Flame Retardant, for Recycled PP, Both PPH & PPC
I. Product Introduction
PPV2-8H is a flame retardant masterbatch containing elements such as Br (bromine) and P (phosphorus). PPV2-8H is used in the flame retardancy of PP new material (homopolymerization, copolymerization), PP recycled material (homopolymerization, copolymerization) and PP toughening (PP+POE). PP new material (homopolymerization, copolymerization), PP recycling (homopolymerization, copolymerization), PP toughening (PP+POE) flame retardant; with high flame retardant efficiency, adding 3-10% in PP can meet the requirements of flame retardant. It is a new type of environmentally friendly masterbatch.

III. Product Features
1. Good flame retardant effect, to achieve self-extinguishing from fire, low additive amount, low cost.
2. It can be directly injection molded with PP to reduce the cost.
3. It can be used in PP recycling and PP toughening materials.
IV. Package Storage and Transportation
1. Paper bags with PE in liner, 25kg/bag.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
3. Storage in cool dry place.
V. Application
Applied to PP new material (both homopolymerization and copolymerization), PP recycled material (homopolymerization, copolymerization), PP toughened material (PP+POE) flame retardant.
Note: PPV2-8H is used in PP reclaimed material, due to the difference of PP reclaimed material PPV2-8H additive amount is also different, the specific additive amount is subject to the customer's commissioning.
