PP Flame Retardant Master Batch / Dripping / Non-halogen - PPV2-6
I. Introduction
PPV2-6 is a novel master batch for flame retardancy which is highly efficient. It comprises P along with negligible quantities of Br and other elements. When compared to conventional bromine-based flame retardants like DBDPO, TBBA, TBBP-DBPE, and TBC, etc., the added amount of PPV2-6 is relatively low while delivering superior flame retardancy. Apart from this, PPV2-6 exhibits excellent processing heat stability, and it is entirely free from precipitation and non-toxic.

III. Product Feature
PPV2-6 provides exceptional flame retardancy, and the addition of 6% to 10% is adequate to achieve UL94-V0 (T2.0mm) standards. Additionally, this product exhibits excellent processing heat stability and water resistance, along with being completely non-toxic.
IV. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Plastic bag with inner PE bag, 25kg/bag.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
3. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
V. Application
PPV2-6's excellent flame retardancy, processing heat stability, and non-toxicity make it suitable for various applications in the plastics industry.
