PE-XT-20 High Efficient Flame Retardant for PE
I. Product Introduction
PE-XT-20 is a new type of highly efficient reactive and additive flame retardant masterbatch. This product is white granule, applied to PE products, with the advantages of no precipitation, good surface luster, good compatibility and good flame retardant effect.
It can also be used in injection molding grade, wire drawing grade, extrusion grade, blow molding grade and other applications with different production processes. It is a new type of environmentally friendly flame retardant masterbatch.
II. Product Technical Data Sheet
1. High content of flame retardant, high efficiency, low additive amount. For example, 10~20% can be added to PE to make it extinguish immediately after leaving fire.
2. It can be directly injected and foamed to reduce the cost.
3. Good dispersion, suitable for blown film, cast film, extrusion, extrusion corrugated pipe and processing of waterproofing rolls, wire drawing, PU foam and other products.
IV. Package Storage and Transportation
1. Paper bags with PE in liner, 25kg/bag.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
3. Storage in cool dry place.
V. Application
It is Suitable for PE white flame retardant, such as corrugated pipe, power pipe, hollow board, artificial grass, foam, mattress and so on.
