I. Product Introduction
PEG-131 is an efficient and environmentally friendly flame retardant, prepared by melting, blending, extruding, cooling and pelletizing with PE resin as carrier. It is red in color and has the advantages of high phosphorus content, good flame retardant effect, low additive quantity and high efficiency.
Adding 12-15% of PEG-131 to the filled PE can achieve UL94-V2 (2mm) level flame retardant effect, and it can be directly injection molded with PE to reduce the cost. At the same time, it can add 20-50% fillers (such as calcium carbonate, talc, barium sulfate, etc.) without affecting the drip.
PEG-131 is suitable for PE UL94-V2 grade flame retardant, such as bellows, Christmas tree, fire net, wire and cable.
