MKP Monopotassium Phosphate
I. Introduction
Potassium dihydrogen phosphate is a white crystalline powder or granule with deliquescent properties. It melts into transparent liquid when heated at 400°C and solidifies into opaque glassy potassium metaphosphate when cooled. It is stable in air, soluble in water and insoluble in ethanol.
As an inorganic compound, potassium dihydrogen phosphate has a wide range of industrial applications, including as a buffering agent, culturing agent, bacterial culturing agent, flavoring agent for synthetic sake, raw material for making potassium metaphosphate, culturing agent for brewer's yeast, fortifying agent, bulking agent and fermentation aid. In agriculture, potassium dihydrogen phosphate is used as a highly efficient phosphorus-potassium compound fertilizer.
II. Product Technical Data Sheet
III. Application
1. Fertilizer: as phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer, to increase the phosphorus and potassium content of crops and promote crop growth.
2. Flavoring agent: used in the food industry, such as the flavoring of synthetic sake.
3. brewing yeast culture agent: used as culture agent in brewing industry to promote the growth and reproduction of yeast.
4. Sewage treatment: Used in industrial sewage treatment to help remove harmful substances.
IV. Package Storage & Transportation
1. 25kg/bag, lined with polyethylene plastic bag, coated with composite plastic woven bag, net weight 25kg per bag;
