I. Introduction
When the external temperature of Polyolefin plastic falls below 0℃, its physical properties will begin to decline, and the most obvious is that the surface of the product will begin to become brittle and deteriorate.
In response to this problem, Yinsu Company has developed PFM31, which can enhance the chemical and physical properties of various general-purpose and engineering plastics, and effectively make the products with PFM31 have excellent cold resistance and brittleness resistance under low temperature environment. PFM31 has excellent dispersibility, blendability and thermal stability, and can be evenly mixed with polyolefin plastics.

1. Excellent low temperature brittleness resistance (-10~20℃)
2. Improved low-temperature toughness of products
3. Improved weather resistance of plastics and elastomers
4. Improve the crystalline density of the product, so that the particles are not easily brittle
5. Good compatibility, good bond structure with PP and PE
6. High melt strength properties between normal PP and high melt strength PP
7. Good thermal stability, can reduce the melting temperature during the mixing process of the particles
8. Available for transparent and colored products
9. Increase coloring, surface smoothness, aesthetics and soft touch
10. Good compatibility with filler materials (including talc, oil, calcium carbonate, etc.) to enhance the mixing ratio in film, pelletizing, and compounding plant production
11. Helps dispersion of organic pigments and mineral fillers
12. Excellent compatibility with various polyolefin

Test method: 20 pieces of PP boxes without PFM31 and with 6% and 12% PFM31 were stored at -10℃, and the number of PP boxes were observed to be intact and undamaged after storage.
