FRP-603H Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Master Batch 

I. Product Introduction 

FRP-603H red phosphorus masterbatch is made of red phosphorus as the flame retardant and nylon  as the carrier, which is melted and blended and granulated by special process. It is widely used in the flame retardant of PA6/66 in dark color system. The red phosphorus of this  product is coated with special treatment so that the amount of phosphorus precipitation and the  release of phosphine is greatly reduced, and it is easy to be dispersed in nylon, and it has very good  flame retardancy.

III. Product Features 

1. Good flame retardant efficiency, adding 8-10% in nylon can reach UL94-V0 (2.00mm) level. 

2. No dust pollution, excellent processing performance. 

3. Excellent anti-phosphine precipitation effect.

IV. Application 

Widely used as flame retardant for dark-colored system of fiber-added PA6/66, PBT and PET.
