FRP-302H Red Phosphorus Flame Retardant Master Batch
I. Product Introduction
FRP-302H is a red phosphorus flame retardant with a high-performance cost ratio, formed by super-fine pulverization of raw red phosphorus and then secondary coating on the surface by in-situ polymerization through inorganic flame retardant and melamine formaldehyde resin.
Special use for PA with low dosage which can save more cost.

1. Good flame retardant efficiency, 30% of the fiber in the nylon with 15% can reach UL94-V0 (2mm) level.
2. No dust pollution, excellent processing performance.
3. Halogen free.
4. excellent anti-phosphine precipitation effect.
IV. Application
Widely used in red or dark color system with fiber PA6/66, PBT, PET flame retardant.
V. Package Storage and transportation
1. Paper plastic compound bag, 25kg/bag.
2. Transport as non-dangerous chemical product.
3. Storage in cool dry place.
