EcoArmor XT-50F: Antimony Flame Retardant Replacement for PVC Safety
I. Product Introduction

XT-50F is white powder, whiteness>98%, average particle size 1.1um, burnout <5, with high whiteness, high fineness, high purity, etc., large specific surface area, with the surface effect of ultrafine particles, volume effect, non-skin irritation, odorless, non-corrosive.
III. Product Use
This product is a new type, excellent performance of ultra-fine additive inorganic flame retardant. It can be used in conjunction with halogens or as an auxiliary agent for antimony, with a decomposition temperature of 340°C. The product can be used in combination with halogens or as an auxiliary agent for antimony. As the product has undergone special surface treatment, it greatly improves the compatibility and adhesion with plastics, has a large viscosity reduction effect, can increase the amount of filling and improve the reinforcing properties; good impregnation of glass fiber, short mixing time; uniform flow in the mold, good molding, etc.. IV. Flame Retardant Mechanism
This product can play the role of acid catalysis in the combustion process of polymer, make the system partially crosslinking reaction and carbonization, so as to form a charcoal coke protective layer, prevent the volatile decomposition products from escaping, and produce shielding effect. At the same time, it can also reduce the decomposition temperature of antimony oxyhalide produced during the reaction between halogenated flame retardants and Sb2O3, so as to achieve the purpose of assisting flame retardancy.
