Composite Antimony Flame Retardant Masterbatch— FR-Sb01
I. Product Introduction
FR-Sb01 is a new eco-friendly flame retardant masterbatch. It’s mainly made of highly activated Sb2O3 with a content of 80%~90%. It’s made by mixing and granulating various resins with a special twin-screw extruder. It has the advantages of high concentration, good dispersion, strong pertinence, good compatibility, less addition and no influence on the substrate. It can also replace the powder antimony trioxide in equal amount, with no reduction in flame retardancy and good compatibility with various thermoplastic resins.

III. Product Features
1. With high concentration and low addition, it can replace the Sb2O3 powder in equal amount.
2. Good dispersibility, strong pertinence and good compatibility, without affecting the physical properties of the substrate.
3. Environmental protection, no dust pollution.
4. It can be directly extruded after being evenly mixed with resin.
IV. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Plastic bag with inner poly bag, 25kg/bag.
2. Transport as dangerous chemical product.
3. Storage in cool dry place.
V. Application
It can be used together with Br flame retardants and is widely used in rubber and plastic industries, such as general plastics, engineering plastics, modified plastics, cables, rubber, thermal insulation materials, etc.
