Bromine Antimony Replacement Masterbatch XT-60M
I. Product Introduction
XT-60M is an eco-friendly flame retardant compounded with Si, Al and other elements. It is made by using intercalation technology and special activation process. It’s a highly efficient additive flame retardant, with a variety of functions such as heat resistance, flame retardancy, smoke suppression, anti dripping, filling, etc. It also has the characteristics of highly efficient carbon formation of substrate and strong acid removal ability.
Meanwhile, it has a good synergistic effect with antimony bromide. It can replace about 60-70% of the total amount of antimony bromide flame retardant in the flame retardant modification of PE, greatly reducing the amount of antimony bromide. And the price is obviously lower than that of traditional bromine antimony flame retardant.

III. Product Features
1. It has good smoke suppression effect.
2. No harmful gas will be produced, the electrical insulation of the resin will not be affected, and no harmful substances will be discharged during the preparation process.
3. The initial decomposition temperature is 250 ℃, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of flame retardancy and heat resistance.
4. In the flame retardant modification of PE with antimony bromide, the amount of antimony bromide can be greatly reduced, and the same flame retardant effect can be achieved.
5. Greatly reduce the cost.
6. High efficiency and environmental protection.
IV. Package Storage & Transportation
1. Packed in paper and plastic bags, 25kg/bag.
2. Storage in cool dry place.
3. Transported as non-dangerous chemical goods.
V. Application
It's widely applied for PE, Aluminum-Plastic Composite sheet which requires flame retardant. It can also be applied to replace which is using flame retardant both containing bromine and antimony.

The original formula requires bromo-antimony flame retardant 20%, while using XT-60M 20% instead of bromo-antimony flame retardant 10% can achieve the better flame retardant effect.
