ATO Flame Retardant Replacement T30
I. Introduction
T-30 is a new type of environmentally friendly flame retardant through a special process of surface activation treatment, can replace a large number of antimony trioxide, very stable performance, white powder. Mixed with chlorine-containing or bromine-containing flame retardants, it significantly increases the synergistic effect with halogenated flame retardants, and can greatly reduce the amount of antimony trioxide. Meanwhile, it greatly improves the formation of expanding coke layer in high temperature combustion, and plays the role of heat insulation and air insulation, so as to play an effective flame retardant effect. This product has the characteristics of non-toxic, environmental protection, and the price is obviously lower than antimony trioxide flame retardant.

1. High temperature resistance, especially suitable for PA, PBT, PP, ABS, HIPS, rubber and other materials, no color change, good thermal stability;
2. It can replace 50-60% of the total amount of antimony trioxide flame retardant, to achieve the same flame retardant effect;
3. Significantly reduce the cost, high efficiency and environmental protection.
IV. Application
Suitable for PA, PBT, PP, ABS, HIPS and other products requiring antimony bromide flame retardant treatment.

1. As in the above table, replacing 60% of the total amount of antimony trioxide flame retardant with T-30 can achieve the same flame retardant effect.
