ABS-XT-22M Antimony Bromide Flame Retardant Masterbatch For ABS

ABS-XT-22M is a specialized bromine-antimony flame retardant masterbatch for ABS materials. Produced via melt compounding, using bromine and antimony compounds as flame retardants and CPE as the carrier, it offers stable dosing and high flame retardancy. Adding about 22% to ABS achieves a UL94-V0 (2mm) rating. The masterbatch improves dispersion, avoids dust pollution, and reduces material waste, saving costs. It can be directly injection-molded with ABS, simplifying the process and further cutting production expenses.
